Tonight's Playoff Matchup 20/05

Chicago Blackhawks @ Detroit Red Wings (7:30pm ET)
TV: CBC, RDS, NBCSN
Series: 1-1
The Red Wings won game two in convincing style and now return to Detroit with a series split and momentum as well. The Blackhawks know they are going to need to work harder (the 20 shots in game two represents their lowest total in a playoff game since 2009) if they want to take back home ice advantage. Viktor Stalberg will likely draw back into the lineup for that exact reason, as a third line featuring him with Bryan Bickell and Andrew Shaw has been very effective against the Wings this season. Detroit will be looking to continue it's depth scoring, especially from it's young players such as rookie Damien Brunner, who has scored in both games. They'll need to do more on the power play though, as the Blackhawks still have not allowed a pp goal all post-season. Stalberg going in appears to be the only lineup change for Chicago, while Darren Helm, Mikael Samuelsson and Danny DeKeyser are all still injured for Detroit. Jimmy Howard for the Wings and Corey Crawford for the Hawks are again your starting goalies.
Prediction: 3-2 (OT) Hawks.
